The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in high-volume venue
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead, coach and mentor a high performing team
- Proven ability to manage costs and maintain profitability whilst reviewing operational performance
- High standards in food presentation and quality
- A passion for hospitality and team development
- A positive and consultative approach to your peers with a high level of communication
