This role develops and maintains a supportive relationship with Aboriginal TAFE students providing advice and coordinating Aboriginal Programs services assisting Aboriginal students to develop self-reliance. Provides one-on-one student mentoring to ensure successful completion of training programsTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience working with Aboriginal Students and community, mentoring and coaching in a training environment, and working with a different range of stakeholders to facilitate outcomes for Aboriginal people.Work Benefits
