Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer looking to contribute to major initiatives that shape the future of our cities and communities? We have two exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to join a high-impact team delivering complex and meaningful work across Sydney.About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing business and operational support across a range of strategic projects. Your work will ensure plans are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident managing competing priorities, have strong administrative and organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on business plans, milestones, and deliverables to support project performance.
  • Maintain and update documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Undertake research and analysis to inform business decisions and contribute to brief preparation.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including meeting coordination and paper preparation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide timely updates on project progress and issues.
  • Support the delivery and implementation of business plans and key activities.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a business support, project coordination, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general document management systems.
