Integrity Staffing - Program Support Officer

• Maintain data systems and provide reports to support the Vaccine Management team.
• Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, public health units, service providers).
• Promote efficient and effective vaccine ordering and distribution.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to WA vaccine providers and stakeholders.
• Monitor ordering trends and cold chain management to reduce vaccine wastage.
• Support public health units with thermal stability issues of vaccines.
• Review and improve vaccine management procedures and documentation.
• Maintain and communicate yellow fever-related policies and information.
• Provide data insights to support program and policy development.
• Identify and report significant issues or complaints in vaccine distribution.
• Share information on immunisation program changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in immunisation projects and undertake additional duties as needed.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
• Skilled in using databases, online ordering systems, and data tools (especially Excel).
