This role aims to ensure effective utilisation of IT assets, and foster cost-efficiency, financial sustainability, and configurational accuracy. The Asset and Configuration Manager is responsible for strategic planning, asset cost control oversight, and IT asset lifecycle management to support the Information Technology Unit's (ITU) operational and financial objectives.
Detailed DescriptionAbout YouAs the Asset and Configuration Manager, you will have:

Demonstrated experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management (CMDB), including lifecycle planning, governance, and

process improvement.

Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and proven ability to align asset and configuration management processes with organisational objectives.

Proven ability to administer and optimise Asset and Configuration Management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate records, automation of workflows, and integration with ITSM practices.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive process adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement across technical and business teams.

Remuneration/SalaryBase Salary Range: $140,965 to $147,678 pa (HEW 9)This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.We offer a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support professional growth, personal well-being, and work-life balance.
