We do the work only if it is safe, and we invest to make sure every member of the team has the quality tools they need to do their job.Reporting to the Superintendent Supply and working in a collaborative and diverse team, you will:Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all employeesSupervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance managementOversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock managementConduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracyImplement and monitor inventory management systems and processesCoordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goodsMonitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlinesPrepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and KPI’sWhat you’ll bringA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamExperience using warehouse management systems and relevant softwareExperience in operating warehouse equipment and relevant licenses e.g. forkliftThe ability to address operational challenges and make informed decisions under pressureStrong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholder relationships and team managementStrong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projectsExcellent customer focusWhat we offer
