- Lead, supervise, and mentor both onshore and offshore bookkeeping team members, including participating in hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage workflow and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines and KPIs are consistently met, driving high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Improve and oversee bookkeeping operations, including bank reconciliations, payroll, supplier payments, invoicing, and financial reporting using best practice and current technologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing onboarding, regular communication, and acting as the first point of escalation for any client issues.
- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders on process improvements, service quality, and cross-functional projects annually.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies, and industry standards at all times.

- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience
- Xero Advisor accreditation and advanced Xero knowledge
- Advanced Asana knowledge
- Leadership experience; experience in public accounting highly regarded
