- Coach and support managers on performance and behaviour issues
- Deliver leadership and people management training
- Drive key HR initiatives including performance and engagement programs
- Strong HR/ER experience, ideally in a partnering role
- Solid knowledge of Australian workplace laws
- Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Confident, influential communicator at all levels
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field
- Strategic and hands-on impact in a major organisation
