Whether it's improving asset performance, reducing costs, controlling critical risks, or leading large scale transformation programs for asset intensive organisations, we offer services to bring about lasting change for a client's business.​ Our services involve helping clients optimise their operations and make informed decisions, align their organisation around common goals and ways of working, and making simple, practical changes that not only build rapid pathways to value, but can be sustained for the long term through cultural change and operational discipline.If you're wanting to join a leading operations transformation consulting team with a focus on Australia's largest and most important clients in asset intensive industries then this is the team.Enough about us, let's talk about you.In response to strong client demand for our services, we are looking for top talent to join our team as Consultant level practitioners.You are a highly motivated individual who:
  • Combines critical thinking with creativity to approach problem-solving in a unique way
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and has experience working in teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Is not afraid of difficult problems and ambiguity
  • Has experience conducting analysis (e.g. desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents) and synthesising into digestible and insightful outputs (e.g. reports)
  • Brings a sense of curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
  • Prior consulting experience desirable, but not necessary
  • Industry experience in asset intensive industries desirable, but not necessary
