You could be one of our 2,500 committed team members who are up to the challenge.About the roleAs our new Infrastructure & Cloud Manager, you’ll be leading a team responsible for providing 24/7 oversight of V/Line’s ICT operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and security of networks, databases, applications, and infrastructure.You’ll lead a team of dedicated cloud engineers and oversee the AWS and Azure environments. With your leadership and technical expertise, you will shape our cloud and infrastructure roadmap, strengthen resilience, and ensure alignment with the V/Line BIS strategy as well as providing technical leadership/coaching to the Cloud Operations team.You’ll be engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data quality and support business growth, while ensuring privacy and security compliance.About youOur ideal candidate will possess the following:Must have 3+ years’ experience successfully leading a Cloud Operations team, fostering an environment of collaboration and cohesion.Must have 5+ years technical experience in Cloud Technology. Working successfully in both AWS and Azure environments.Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor team members in a calm and collaborative mannerEstablished ability to resolve conflict in and enabling manner and deescalate high pressure situationsTertiary or equivalent qualifications in computer science, IT, or related fields. (highly desirable)AWS, Azure, O365 or equivalent Training & certifications.
