You'll help shape the next generation of risk management capabilities, delivering a modern, scalable platform to power smarter credit decisioning, enhanced reporting and stronger compliance outcomes.This role offers the opportunity to work in high-performing Agile squads, influencing the design and delivery of solutions from ideation through to release.Key responsibilities will include:

Partner with credit risk, technology and product teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and solution designs
Map and optimise credit risk processes, from application and assessment through to monitoring and reporting
Define platform functionality, data flows and integration points with upstream/downstream systems
Support legacy system migration and platform modernisation initiatives
Facilitate workshops and manage requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards and align with enterprise architecture principles
Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the team

To succeed in this critical role, you will offer:

Demonstrated experience Business Analyst in financial services, within credit risk, lending, or risk technology projects
Strong experience in platform implementation or modernisation
Demonstrated Agile delivery capability (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Proven skills in process mapping, data analysis and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work across business, product, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations in the credit risk domain
