Manage schedule updates and resequencing(including SV changes) and ensure scope reconciliation aligns with cost and reporting requirements. Generate and maintain P6 schedules, coding, and production reports, integrating feedback and verified actuals into the schedule on a regular basis
Prepare and present MOS Rhythms incorporating stakeholder feedback and tracking enabling tasks via readiness tools and slides.
Facilitate robust planning routines, including escalation management, decision point coordination, and variation tracking.
