Personal Care Worker

- Provide hands-on care: Assist elderly residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support mobility & transfers: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
- Meal support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
- Monitor well-being: Keep a close eye on residents’ health and report any changes.
- Create a safe, clean environment: Contribute to maintaining a space where residents feel at ease and cared for.
- Build meaningful connections: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members.
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
- Ideally, 6+ months of experience in Aged Care.
- 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record.
- Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).
