
Category and Trade Marketing Executive

- Lead category reviews for key customers, delivering performance analysis, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations across pricing, promotion, range, and space.
- Develop tailored range and space plans for all major Hand Dish and Hard Surface category reviews in Australia.
- Build strong business cases to support innovation and NPD (New Product Development) initiatives in relevant categories.
- Contribute to NPD goal setting and support go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Prepare and present category insights for Quarterly Account Reviews.
- Provide additional support for other category reviews or business cases when capacity allows.
- Manage data systems including GS1 and SkuVantage to support range launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution of category strategies aligned with business goals.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably within an FMCG and/or media agency environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven relationship-building capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain lasting professional relationships.
