About Our ClientOur client is a well-established business with operations across New Zealand (around 290 staff) and Australia (around 2,300 staff). The organisation has been through significant change and is continuing to evolve. The HR team is lean but established, with business partners, capability specialists and recruiters supporting the function.Job DescriptionThis is a temp-to-perm opportunity created due to immediate need. The focus will be on high-volume blue-collar recruitment (around 90%) with a smaller portion of white-collar roles (10%). You'll manage end-to-end recruitment using platforms such as TradeMe, Seek and LinkedIn, as well as working with agency partners.The team works flexibly (2/3 days in the office, 2/3 from home) and you'll need to be proactive, confident working independently, and comfortable supporting a dispersed workforce. Over time, there's scope to develop into a broader HR role.The Successful ApplicantA successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

Previous experience in recruitment or a related Human Resources role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
