Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Extensive experience in a senior HR role with a hands-on approach to operational delivery

About you - desirable

Experience in recruitment and mobilisation within project or remote environments
Experience leading and developing HR teams
Exposure to HRIS systems and data analytics
Experience within the mining resources industry, preferably with a contracting business
Ability to manage a dynamic and varied workload to achieve personal and business KPI's
