- From time to time, you will also be called upon to support various reporting needs. This includes assisting with the preparation of social effectiveness and insight reports for clients, contributing to internal cultural trend briefings, and occasionally helping to compile performance summaries for ongoing campaigns. Your input will ensure these reports are enriched with a deep understanding of social dynamics and cultural nuances.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working for a creative agency, research agency, or publisher, with a strong emphasis on cultural analysis and social insight generation.
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with clients and translating complex social insights into strategic recommendations for marketing stakeholders within an organization.
- A functional understanding of social listening and cultural intelligence platforms, including tools for tracking online conversations and identifying emerging trends (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker), analysing influencer resonance through a cultural lens (e.g., Tagger, Traackr), and pulling and aggregating public social data (Crowdtangle, Fanpage Karma) - as well as interpreting qualitative social data for deeper understanding.
- You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams, clients, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools such as Gemini and Chat GPT.
