- Deliver in alignment with the strategic direction of the National business
- Achieve renewal and new business budget
- Mentorship and development of team members within the region
- Outstanding client relationship management capabilities
- Collaborative approach with colleagues and clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurially minded with a track record of client acquisition and retention
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience
- Strong organisational skills to align with regional objectives
