- Build and Lead a High-Performing Regional Team
- 4–8 years of B2B sales, revenue development, or inside sales experience, with proven leadership across multi-country or regional teams
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales/revenue development teams, with strong track record of achieving targets
- Experience in software and SaaS sales (HCM/HRIS experience preferred)
- Expertise in inbound and outbound prospecting, with knowledge of both established and emerging tactics
- Familiarity with managing Account Development Representatives focused on strategic/enterprise accounts
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and process optimization
- Experience leveraging data to drive performance, process improvements, and strategy adjustments
- Understanding of marketing and sales technology stacks, including tools commonly used by revenue development teams
- Deep knowledge of go-to-market processes and the buyer journey handoffs (marketing → RDRs → sales)
- Cultural awareness and ability to adapt leadership approach across diverse APJ markets
- High drive for achievement with a consistent record of exceeding pipeline and revenue contribution targets
