CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a Procurement Officer to support civil projects across SEQ & NSW, based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.Permanent / Full-Time RoleEnjoy Work-Life Balance with Monday to Friday HoursOffice-Based Position Supporting Project Teams across SEQ & Northern NSWCELOTTI WORKFORCE is partnering with a leading civil contractor to source a Procurement Officer to support project teams across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. This is a permanent, full-time position based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.This role is ideal for someone who has worked on-site or within a civil construction environment and is now looking for a long-term, stable office-based role, while still staying connected to project delivery and field operations.You’ll work closely with pipe crews to ensure jobs run smoothly, coordinating materials, issuing purchase orders, and assisting with take-offs for civil works.Key Responsibilities:

Support multiple civil project teams with procurement and material coordination
Complete take-offs for site works including water, sewer, and stormwater
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with site needs
Liaise directly with suppliers, subcontractors, and crew leaders
Assist with general administrative tasks where required

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has a background in civil construction, ideally on-site or in a project support role
Understands how pipe crews operate and can speak their language
Is organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
Can work independently and communicate clearly with internal and external teams
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and general admin systems
Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport
This could suit someone transitioning off the tools or looking to settle into a consistent Monday–Friday position with a reputable contractor.
