- Lead the product team's OKR process: define, track, and report progress against objectives and key results.
- Ensure alignment between company strategy, product initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Own and continuously improve the product team's operating system (processes, cadences, workflows).
- Anticipate and remove operational blockers to maintain execution velocity.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Monitor and track delivery of key product initiatives, ensuring they stay on time, within scope, and deliver impact.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines.
- Standardise project success metrics and ensure accountability across teams.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer-facing teams.
- Coordinate smooth product launches, ensuring readiness across all functions.
- Facilitate structured feedback loops between customer-facing teams and product development.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track product usage, customer feedback, and success metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product Managers and leadership.
- Manage the product tech stack (roadmapping, feedback, analytics, documentation).
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Maintain product documentation, playbooks, and onboarding resources.
- Create communication cadences to keep leadership, stakeholders, and teams aligned.
- Tailor updates for different audiences — from executive summaries to detailed operational reporting.
- Champion transparency and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Build repeatable processes to support team growth and organisational scaling.
- Design onboarding and training programs for new product team members.
- Establish best practices for experimentation, discovery, and launch planning.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and structured in execution.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a “can-do” operational mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
