Based in Warriewood, you’ll play a key role in supporting and strengthening client relationships, while bringing your expertise to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage accounts, grow existing relationships, and build new business
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships while delivering exceptional service
  • Accurately processing sales orders, service requests, and customer records in the system
  • Actively promoting the company’s products and services to drive growth
  • Contributing to team sales targets and supporting continuous business improvement
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
  • A passion for the outdoor or water sports industry will be highly regarded
  • A positive, friendly phone manner with a genuine interest in customer service
  • Experience in a sales support, retail or wholesale admin environment
  • Good computer literacy, including Excel, Word and Email
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
