The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid 2026.Your opportunityCPB Contractors are currently seeking a Superintendent (SMP) to join our on-site construction team for the Western Ridge Crusher project.This role will be responsible for the planning and coordination of SMP works undertaken on the project while ensuring that safety, time, cost, and environmental objectives are met. In particular this role will have a focus on Heavy Lift operations.To be successful in this role, you must have the following

Minimum ten years' experience supervising and leading crews large SMP projects.
High level experience in cranes and lifting operations on large scale SMP projects
Ability to maximise productivity rates and report on production and progress.
Frontline Management or similar supervisor training preferred.
Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do.
