- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects in Australia.
- A strong understanding of construction standards, codes, legislation
- Strong ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
- Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, Procore
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
