Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + superannuation
Location: Bendigo, Victoria 3550Company: Randstad has partnered with a leading commercial construction company based in Bendigo, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the region.The Job: As the Project Manager, you will be required to manage multiple Commercial builds across the Bendigo region. Leading the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Project Planning & Pre-Construction
Project Management
Financial & Administrative Management
Communication & Leadership

Key requirements:

Demonstrative experience as a Project manager in Commercial Construction in Australia.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
A strong, friendly attitude to the construction industry
Excellent administrative, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Aconex & CHEOPS.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
