This is your chance to be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community!What You'll Do:Lead Fire Safety Compliance: You'll manage fire safety across the Anglicare portfolio, ensuring annual fire safety statements, inspections, and submissions meet statutory requirements.Oversee Contracts: Take charge of the Anglicare fire services contract, including monthly meetings, quotations, audits, KPIs, and SLAs. Your expertise will ensure everything runs smoothly.Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments and audits to keep our properties safe and compliant.Update Policies and Procedures: Keep our fire safety policies and procedures up-to-date and maintain essential service schedules.Train and Develop Staff: Share your knowledge and train our staff to ensure everyone is prepared and informed.Manage Essential Services Contracts: Administer and manage essential services contracts, from renewal and tender to engagement and performance monitoring.Implement Fire Prevention Measures: Ensure our properties are prepared with effective fire prevention measures.Certification and Compliance: Guarantee certification and compliance with NSWFB and local councils.Budget Management: Prepare and submit detailed budgets, review financial performance, and provide monthly reports.What We're Looking For:Expert Knowledge: You know AS 1851, Australian Building Codes, and Australian Standards inside out.Technical Skills: You can read specifications and interpret plans for new or existing systems.Auditing Experience: You have experience in desktop and on-site contractor auditing.Documentation Savvy: You understand essential documentation for project delivery, including construction drawings, manuals, and penetration schedules.Qualifications and Experience:Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in the fire and essential services industry.Contract Management: Proven experience in contract management, including procurement.Tech-Savvy: Experience with Archibus is a plus.Driver's License: A current NSW driver's license is required.Why Anglicare?At Anglicare, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
