Employment Type: Permanent Full TimePosition Classification: Orthotist Level 3 (Year 1 to Year 2)Remuneration: $112,396 to $116,038 per annum plus leave loading and 12% superannuationHours Per Week: 38Location: Lambton (John Hunter Hospital)The OpportunityHunter Prosthetics Orthotics Service (HPOS) is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Orthotist to join our team in Newcastle.In this role, you'll provide clinical assessment and orthotic services to inpatients, outpatients, and community clients. You'll also support the clinical management of junior staff and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.Based at John Hunter Hospital, HPOS serves the Hunter and Northern NSW regions. Our team of 11 clinical, 3 technical, and 2 administrative staff is dedicated to enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. With on-site manufacturing, 3D scanning, and access to local 3D printing, we deliver innovative orthotic solutions.
