About the company:Our client is Australia's largest not for profit private health insurance provider. With countless years in Australia, they continue to deliver more benefits to their members and have members at the forefront of their mind, making health care understandable, affordable, high quality and customer-centric.About the role:This is a full time hours, temporary contract, with a potential for permanency. You will be joining the life insurance team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager. You will be responsible for:

Making outbound calls to members who have missed a payment with the aim to obtain payment on lapsed policies & retain the customer
Entering & processing manual payments allocating to the correct Life Insurance policies
Ensure members account details are verified and accurate on database records
Work towards KPIs and targets and ensure adherence to compliance

Your skills & experience:

Must have previous experience in a call centre/phone based role
Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
Be self-driven and also follow instructions with the ability to work as part of a team
Available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
