The teamu0027s focus lies with property transactions including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, property sales and acquisitions, land titling and subdivisions, property development including the planu0027 sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.The successful candidate will have:

2-4 years PAE
Strong property experience gained in a corporate law firm environment, including in relation to developments, leasing and transactions
Strong familiarity with PEXA and Duties Online
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
A high level of attention to detail
The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
An unwavering commitment to client service and legal excellence
