- Representing property developers, major institutions, financiers, hoteliers, and high-profile private landholders
- Property acquisitions and dispositions
- Large scale/top-tier level development deals
- Retail, commercial, and industrial leasing & licensing
- Large-scale conveyancing for major residential developments
- Work Environment & Flexibility:
- Hybrid: 1 day WFH, 4 days in-office (at least one Partner in the office daily)
- Team culture: Very flexible, open-door policy, and a collaborative approach
- Billables: 5.5 - 6.5 but not strictly enforced
- 1-2+ years post-admission with strong academic results and solid property law experience.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in property law.
