
HR and Recruitment Coordinator

- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for operational and white-collar roles.
- Managing onboarding activities, including welcome packs and induction scheduling.
- Tracking and reporting on HR metrics such as absenteeism, punctuality, and leave.
- Supporting managers with time and attendance processes and performance documentation.
- Drafting employee letters and assisting with HR data collation.
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and compliant.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in HR administration or coordination (preferred) or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS experience is a plus.
- Experience in a blue-collar or logistics environment (highly regarded).
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
