We’re seeking a Remote HR & Recruitment Consultant to support the rapid global growth of our long-standing global professional development company. In this role, you’ll follow a proven 4-step process: attract candidates, interview, respond to enquiries, and onboard successful partners.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of HR or recruitment experience, a personable communication style, strong organisational skills, and a touch of creativity to help us connect with high-quality talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging job ads and marketing content with full support and resources provided.Respond promptly to candidate enquiries about our online courses and live events.Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts and guidance provided).Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication within our CRM system.Coordinate schedules, update client profiles, and oversee smooth onboarding of new partners.Utilise digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and online scheduling platforms.Actively participate in personal development, growing alongside a supportive global community.You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
10+ years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and self-driven.Interest in your own personal growth and purpose-driven work.Quick learner with digital tools like CRM software, Zoom, or Google Workspace.
