- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
- Deliver tailored broking solutions across ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, Construction, and more
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
- Work alongside senior leaders on strategy, client development, and business initiatives
- Lead compliance and process improvements to support exceptional service delivery
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking
- Solid technical knowledge and confidence managing complex risk profiles
- RG146 and Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) required
- Strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and a collaborative approach
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in leadership or mentoring
- Competitive salary of $120K–$150K + super
