  • Manage the administration of AGSA's Customer Relationship Management database
  • Effectively manage the administration of donations, bookings, memberships and more
  • Support the delivery of philanthropy, development and other exclusive events
Role DetailsThe Philanthropy and Membership Administration Officer ensures the effective administration of the AGSA's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database in supporting AGSA's Philanthropic, Development and Membership teams and functions. The role provides administrative support and high level customer service to Gallery stakeholders, including members, donors and partners.Special Conditions
  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Regular outside of normal hours work will be required.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
