
Admin Officer - Local Government

- Accessing and interpreting information from the My Aged Care portal.
- Engaging with clients to gather necessary information for their care plans.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate client data in their client management system.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth transition for all new clients.
- A valid / current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- High-level computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A genuine willingness to learn and a high degree of empathy for people from diverse social, financial, and cultural backgrounds.
- Previous experience in aged care or community home care is a bonus, but not a requirement. We're happy to train the right person.
