- Manage and nurture existing sponsor relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and partnership growth
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to drive product awareness and uptake
- Act as the key liaison between sponsors and the internal sales team, ensuring alignment and communication
- Support onboarding of new sponsors, ensuring a seamless integration into the sales ecosystem
- Assist sponsors with product movement, promotional visibility, and activation across clinics and pharmacies
- Conduct regular in-person meetings and site visits to maintain strong and engaged relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain accurate records of sponsor activities, feedback, and account performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to support sponsor success
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Background in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, health, or FMCG sectors preferred
- Naturally personable and engaging, someone people feel comfortable with
- Commercially astute and confident in holding value-based sales or negotiation conversations
- Proactive and independent, with strong time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable being on the road and managing their own territory
- Must have access to a vehicle, car allowance or KM reimbursement will be provided
