Maintenance Electrician

- Electrical maintenance projects on commercial sites in Sydney metro region
- Opportunity to be in a client facing role
- Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on commercial sites
- Conduct RCD testing and other compliance-based electrical testing
- Work on lighting, power, and switchboard systems
- Set up and maintain temporary power supplies
- Service and maintain specialized equipment (including laboratory systems where applicable)
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Organise jobs, materials, and associated administration
- Liaise directly with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to coordinate works
- NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
- Strong background in commercial maintenance
- Experience in both preventative and reactive maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and colleagues
- Ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
- Comfortable managing jobs from start to finish, including administration and materials coordination
