About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team for a 1-month contract role, working on a range of fit-out and small building refurbishment projects. This is an immediate start opportunity ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and light industrial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Review tender documents, plans, and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess risks
- Deliver timely submissions and work closely with the project and construction teams
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out and refurbishment sector
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
