As Project Manager / Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating and scheduling trades and materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to our high-quality standards. You'll be sharing an office with a Salesperson and a Maintenance/warranty Officer.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
- Ensure WHS compliance and site safety
- Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams, sales people and the service/warranty officer
- Manage on-site documentation and reporting
- Proven experience in residential construction
- Strong understanding of building plans, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
- White Card & relevant building qualifications
- Driver’s license
