- Assist senior sales staff with identifying and qualifying opportunities for product and licensing sales.
- Support the preparation of customer proposals, quotes, and licensing renewals.
- Maintain accurate sales and licensing records within Salesforce.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, licensing options, and pricing.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure licensing compliance and precise order processing.
- Monitor customer accounts for upcoming renewals and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Participate in product and licensing training to build technical and sales knowledge.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales forecasts for management review.
- Other activities as directed.
- Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn CRM systems.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve goals or targets.
- Exposure to product sales to achieve a target.
- Familiarity with IT products, software, or licensing models
- Understanding of basic sales processes, quoting, and order management.
- Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
- Knowledge of cyber security guidelines and cyber centric vendors.
- Awareness of current technology trends and their business applications.
- Certificate III or IV in Business or IT (advantageous).
- Diploma in Business or Information Technology (desirable).
