Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will lead a team of Senior Leaders who manage a large network of Business Home Lending Specialists. This is an opportunity to influence national strategy, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes in a high-profile leadership position.In this role, you will shape and execute a cohesive national plan, integrating home lending into the broader business customer experience across Commercial, Small Business, and SME segments. You will build team capability, identify and unlock new mortgage opportunities, and foster a culture of high performance and collaboration. Your expertise in balancing risk, customer experience, and commercial performance will be key to success.To be considered, you will bring over 10 years’ lending experience, ideally in both home loans and commercial lending, along with a proven record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams in financial services. You will have deep knowledge of the home lending landscape, strong operational and commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills at senior leadership levels.
