You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians across multiple sites (mainly Adelaide metro), ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards - on time and within budget.
We are ideally looking for someone who comes from a technical security background, such as an ex-technician or someone with a deep understanding of large-scale security systems and how they integrate within commercial and government environments.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of Security Technicians
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee and maintain project schedules, variations, and budgets
- Provide technical guidance on security system integrations and panel functionality
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the project moving smoothly
- Proven experience in project management within the electronic security industry
- Strong product knowledge across large-scale security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Alarms)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schedules, and scopes of work
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior hands-on experience as a technician is highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and appropriate clearances
