You will join the team as a Firmware/Embedded/Electronics Project Manager/Lead and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. This role is open to candidates in Adelaide (only) who are open to working 4 days per week in the office.
- Work from office in Adelaide, 4 days per week in the office (hybrid working)
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Adelaide
- Salary: $140,000-$160,000 base + super maximum
- Defining the scope and planning of projects for both internal teams and external clients
- Overseeing development efforts from initial concept to final production
- Providing updates on project progress, including timelines and financial tracking
- Offering a Systems Engineering approach for project design and execution
- Contributing to the organization's project management practices
- Solid technical expertise in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Communications, and/or Software Engineering
- Proficient in Systems Engineering processes (Requirements, Architecture, Verification & Validation)
- Experienced in leading and coordinating technical projects
- Leading the product from initial idea phase to implementation end to end
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Conducting DFMEA/PFMEA assessments
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative problem solver
- Detail-oriented analytical thinker with a strong focus on risk management
- Independent team player with outstanding interpersonal communication
- Results-driven, capable of performing well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
