You’ll work across Microsoft Azure, M365, AVD, and hybrid environments, providing hands-on engineering expertise while ensuring outstanding service delivery.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow in a fast-moving environment where security, reliability, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.RequirementsWhat you'll do:

Work as part of our Professional Services team, supporting a broad range of enterprise and government clients.
Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support across ICT systems and services.
Troubleshoot and manage:

Active Directory & Azure AD
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online/Hybrid)
Windows Server and core infrastructure

Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep) to maintain configuration control and repeatability.
Monitor, tune, and optimise system performance, ensuring availability, resilience, and compliance.
Own issues end-to-end from first report to resolution keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex or escalated incidents.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching and recommending emerging technologies and service improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer / Systems Engineer / IT Support Engineer, ideally in a Managed Services or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as hybrid workplace environments.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation, networking (LAN/WAN), and enterprise security.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, AVD, and Exchange.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent).
Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) and structured incident/change management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
Eligibility to hold or ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
