You’ll be reviewing and compiling motor assessment reports, making sure everything from quotes to images is correct and accounted for. The work is process-driven and time-sensitive, requiring strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing reports for typographical and factual accuracy
- Compiling final reports with attachments (images, salvage estimates, quotes)
- Liaising with insurers or providers to confirm details where needed
- Submitting reports through insurer platforms or email
- Setting follow-up actions to keep reports progressing
- Meeting key time-based performance targets
- Experience in insurance administration, claims, or assessing is highly regarded but not essential
- Motor industry experience is also desirable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidence in managing documentation
- Ability to work autonomously, follow procedures, and meet deadlines
- A team player with great time management and data entry accuracy
- Open to learning and adapting in a process-focused environment
