CTP Claims Support Officer - 6-Month Contract

• Process & manage incoming mail: scanning, indexing, distributing, archiving, and resolving return-to-sender/unidentified mail.
• Review & classify CTP & PI insurance documents to ensure accurate allocation.
• Prepare, proof & dispatch outgoing correspondence to support claim lodgement & ongoing management.
• Handle sensitive claim information (e.g. medical records) with confidentiality and care.
• Support audits, reviews, and general administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain personal performance data while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Support process improvements, training & assist other areas when needed.

• Strong attention to detail with analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Clear, confident communication (both written & verbal).
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on accuracy & timely service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Effective planning, organisation & prioritisation skills.
• Adaptability to change & a proactive approach to teamwork and development.

• Salary: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% super).
