Overseeing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the shopping centre.
Monitoring safety across the precinct and responding effectively to incidents.
Building strong relationships with tenants and supporting centre management.
Assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.
Maintaining accurate logs, daily reports, and incident documentation.
Representing the centre with professionalism, approachability, and authority.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Current security licence and relevant clearances.
Experience in a security, facilities, or customer service role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with practical problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of property and facilities operations, or willingness to learn.
