This includes the strategic planning, coordination and execution of software deployments across a complex digital health ecosystem.This role offers the opportunity to shape how digital health solutions are released across NSW Health by managing a centralised state-wide release schedule, engaging with vendors and stakeholders and driving continual improvement in release processes. You'll work with leading digital health tools and methodologies while ensuring high-quality, timely deployments that support safer, more efficient healthcare.In this role, you will:Lead software deployment planning, coordination and execution across the SDPR platform.Maintain and align a state-wide release schedule with multiple stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners.Measure and report on release progress and ensure deployments meet quality expectations.Manage risks and issues that impact release timelines and stakeholder engagement.Improve processes by embedding lessons learned and adopting emerging technologies and agile methodologies.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Brings strong experience in coordinating large-scale software releases in complex digital environments.Has a track record of building productive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.Demonstrates excellent strategic planning, communication and risk management skills.Holds tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a related field.Has deep experience in project/release management within software development or digital transformation.Need more information?Check out our commitmentLearn more aboutWorking at SDPROur people are at the heart of who we are.
