The Knowledge Management Department (KM) enables the Bank to better harness data, information, and knowledge in pursuit of its goals.About the RoleAs a Senior Information Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening the Bank’s approach to information governance and compliance. Operating across governance, business enablement, and technology domains, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, has strong business analysis skills, and can independently deliver solutions that reduce information risk - whether through process redesign, stakeholder engagement, compliance controls, or targeted training.Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering practical solutions to reduce information exposure, including process improvements, training, and technical controls
Conducting business analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve information handling practices
Supporting information compliance across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365, Purview and SharePoint
Facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and change management efforts
Assisting in the operational management and insights into Microsoft Purview and other M365 compliance tools
Monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics, risks, and remediation activities
Contributing to the continuous improvement of information handling processes

A solid understanding of information governance, compliance, and risk principles
Proven experience in business analysis and solution delivery across business and technology domains using technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 compliance features, and SharePoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
The ability to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic environment
