- Provide insights on potential improvements and enhancements to systems and business processes.
- Update POS with new price changes when required.
- Conduct quarterly menu reviews of all restaurants and update POS with seasonal menu changes.
- Assist Managers from all departments in creating reports as required.
- Internal systems updated to ensure relevant and accurate data is captured for use by stakeholders.
- Assist the managers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues which may arise within outlets.
- Liaise with IT on new developments.
- Continue to lead and develop staff members within the team.
- Previous experience working within Food & Beverage operations
- Intermediate Excel skills - Ability to use Formulas, Pivot Tables & Reporting
- Experience and knowledge using POS system
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting workloads
- Solid troubleshooting skills and basic IT knowledge
- Experience working at a supervisor/management level to manage direct reports.
